Shipping Polices

All Orders will be sent Australia Post courier. Orders will be dispatched when full payment is received. Tracking number will be provided on request in order for you to track your package online.

Non-Express delivery time is 5-7 working days (within CBD area). Express delivery time is 2-3 working days (within CBD area). Postage, handling and packing fees are calculated as follows:

Shipment price within Australia region of a Small size items with a maximum weight of 500gr in a small satchel (220×355) – Non-Express $10.50; Express $13.00.

Shipment price within Australia region of a Medium size items with a maximum weight of 3000gr in a medium satchel (310×405) – Non-Express $14.80; Express $16.00.

Shipment price within Australia region of a Large size items with a maximum weight of 5000gr in a large satchel (435×510) – Non-Express $18.60; Express $25.00.

Shipping must be prepaid in advance.

All parcels will posses tracking number and on request can be send with ‘Signature on Delivery’ which will add $2.50 to the postage price.

The purchaser is fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an order is lost due to an incorrect address being supplied, payments made for the order will not be refunded.

The time of shipping will be delayed if the ordered items are out of stock. We will notify the customer in regards to delivery times for such items.

We are not responsible for any items damaged, lost and delayed in transit.

Return Policies

Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. No returns accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods. No returns on sale items. Any goods requiring return via post or courier will incur freight charges to the purchaser. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle the buyer to a full credit or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or faulty items. No refunds or replacements after 7 days. Provide proof of damage upon request. Original receipt required for refunds or exchanges. Goods must be unopened and unused.

Warranty

6-month warranty on all electrical equipment.

Purchase Conditions

Refunds or exchanges only for items from www.nailco.com.au. No refunds or exchanges for second-hand items. No further discounts or exchanges on sale, discounted items, or discounted orders.

Postage and Charges

Postage charges are non-refundable. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via AU Post with tracking and no signature required upon drop-off. Shipping fees include both handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. While handling fees remain fixed, transport fees fluctuate based on the total weight of the shipment. It’s advisable to combine items into a single order. Separate orders placed individually cannot be combined, and shipping fees will be charged for each. Our packages are generously sized and we ensure that your items are well-protected. The seller accepts no responsibility for those items lost in transit.
